Video: How to Register for Classes Using Amilia

• Monday, August 17 (9:00 AM): Wheel ceramics registration opens to Spruill members
• Tuesday, August 18 (9:00 AM): Handbuilding & mosaics registration opens to Spruill members
• Wednesday, August 19 (9:00 AM): Registration for all other mediums opens to Spruill members
• Monday, August 24 (9:00 AM): Registration for all mediums opens to non-members

The Wish List feature on Amilia allows you to save classes and programs that interest you in one place. The Wish List is a simple way to plan ahead and register quickly when registration opens.

• To add a class to your Wish List, simply click the heart icon.
• Open the Wish List tab anytime to see your saved activities. From there, you can remove items, check if an activity is full, and register directly from the list.
• Adding a class to the Wish List does not guarantee a spot in the class. The student must complete the enrollment process and process a payment before an enrollment is confirmed and final.

To check your membership status, log into Amilia, click on “Membership Cards” on the left-hand menu, and you’ll be able to see your membership status and expiration date there.

If a class or activity is full, you can add your name to the wait list.

To join the wait list, selects the person from your account who you would like to add to the wait list and confirm their contact information.

If any spots in the class become available, they will be offered according to the order of the wait list. The first person on the wait list will be contacted first, then the second person, and so on. 

Wait list notifications: Students will receive an email notification from registration@spruillarts.org with a Register now button. Students will NOT receive a phone call about a wait list spot. Wait list notifications will come via email only. 

Adding a class to the wait list does not guarantee a spot in the class. If a spot becomes available, a student must complete the enrollment process and process a payment before an enrollment is confirmed and final.
