You are invited to apply for a vendor space at Spruill’s inaugural Student & Instructor Market! This market will be held on Saturday, September 26 from 11 AM – 4 PM at the Spruill Education Center.
There is no application or vendor fee required to participate in this market, as it is being held as part of Spruill’s 2026 Student & Instructor Appreciation Week. We’re looking forward to this wonderful opportunity to showcase the talents of our Spruill artists!
Please complete this application by August 28, 2026 to be considered for vendor space.
ELIGIBILITY: Applicants must have taken or taught a class at Spruill Center for the Arts between September 2025-August 2026.
DISPLAY SPACE: This market will be held both indoors and outdoors, and spaces are available on a fist come, first served basis. There will be 24 indoor spaces, 6 outdoor covered spots, and 20 outdoor uncovered spaces.
- Indoor Spaces: Vendors will be provided with a 6ft table and one chair (two if sharing booth with another vendor). Vendors are responsible for providing a table covering, displays, and all other items needed for their booth.
- Outdoor Spaces: Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and all other items needed for their booth. Vendors in covered outdoor spaces are not required to have a tent, while vendors in uncovered outdoor spaces are required to provide their own tent as well as 40lb weights for each tent leg.
If you are looking to share a space with another student/instructor, you must apply together. Spruill will not be pairing vendors together after the application is submitted.
Spruill will have staff/volunteers available to cover bathroom and lunch breaks for you.
