Atlanta-based visual artist Rachel Grant instructs and leads "Mini Makers" at Spruill Center for the Arts — a monthly creative gathering for toddlers ages 1-4 and their grown-ups.

Rachel is passionate about arts education and enjoys teaching students of all ages. She has served as an elementary art teacher and continues to teach through community arts programs and workshops.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a Psychology minor from Auburn University and is also a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), from which she earned an MFA in Painting and MA in Arts Administration. An Atlanta native, Rachel is a former studio resident at the Goat Farm Arts Center and now works from her studio in a historic building in downtown Lawrenceville. Her current body of artwork features paintings in oil and acrylic inspired by cloudscapes, nature, memory, and sound.
