The Spruill Gallery, a restored 1860/1905 farmhouse located ¼ mile north of
Perimeter Mall, combines the charm of the past with provocative exhibits by
recognized contemporary artists and regional and international fine crafts.
Take a leisurely stroll around our grounds, gallery and outbuildings.
The house can accommodate groups of up to 50 people, and there are several attractive sites for tents to accommodate larger groups.
Planning with gallery personal and securing the event date must be arranged one month in advance of the event date. A 50% deposit based on the estimated cost is required to hold the date. The final payment will be due the day or evening of the event. A fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit for event cancellations and $50 for event date change.
Rental Fees
Minimum charges:
Weekdays - $400/ 3-hour period; each additional hour, $100.
Evenings and Weekends - $800/ 3-hour period; each additional hour,
$150.
These basic
rates include no services. Services may be provided for an additional
charge.
